Only Organisations May Use the CCH Logo

The use of the CCH logo is expressly restricted to member organisations of the CCH according to strict guidelines.

You may see the member organisations that may use the CCH logo here. Unauthorised use of the CCH logo may be deemed to be misleading or deceptive conduct as described in section 52 of the Trade Practices Act 1974.

Should any member of the public or any member of the CCH become aware of improper use of the CCH logo, by an organisation that is not a member or by any individual hypnotherapist, please contact the CCH immediately so that appropriate action may be taken.

Member Organisations Page Linking Procedure

When an organisation becomes a member organisation of the CCH it will listed on the member organisations page with logo and name.

Regarding linking, the CCH has a reciprocol linking policy, that is, the CCH links to your organisation's website and your organisation's website links to the CCH. We recommend that you link directly to the CCH Member Organisations page.

Both the full text Council of Clinical Hypnotherapists and the CCH Logo should be added to your Associations site and hyperlinked to the member organisations page to confirm your association's membership of the CCH.

So your site and the CCH site can benefit from linking, please make sure that the webmaster of your association adds a link to the Council's member organisations page as soon as possible. Refer your webmaster to this page if necessary.

CCH Home Page Linking Procedure

In the same reciprocol manner as described above your website logo will be added to the CCH home page. While will include all member organisations logos on the CCH home page, to receive the link to the organisations site it must be a recipocal link.

IMPORTANT: Once you have the CCH logo on the home page of your association and linked back to the CCH, your logo will be linked to your home page. (it is also recommended that your link go to the CCH Member Organisations page.)

Please advise the CCH / ANHR webmaster once you have added the CCH / ANHR Logo(s) and link(s) to your association homepage.

An Individual's Use of the CCH Logo is Not Allowed

Only member organisations may use the CCH logo and it is expressely forbidden for an individual to use the CCH Logo it in any form.

If you had been a individual member prior to May 2009, the CCH requests you immediately remove the CCH logo from your website,  and make sure that it is also removed from your stationery, brochures, business cards and anywhere else it may be used as soon as possible.

However individuals may continue to link to the CCH, providing the link is placed in a position that is not construed as to being a member of the CCH. Please see Supporting & Linking To the CCH, immediately below.

How an Individual May Support the CCH

It is understood that there are many individuals who agree with the work that the CCH has done in uniting the hypnotherapy profession in Australia and would like to show their support for the CCH.

One of the best ways you could show your support, and one that would  be greatly appreciated by the CCH, would be to add a link from your resources or links page to the CCH.

Reminder:  Please ensure that the link does not imply that you, as an individual, belong to the CCH. Make sure you place the link to the CCH away from your Association Membership logos & links.
