Update!

2008 Hypnotherapy & Counselling Expo

The National Hypnotherapy and Counselling Expo is becoming even bigger than first planned! We have just finalized our seminar & workshop program which is jam packed with a diverse array of valuable, intriguing and educational information for therapists and the general public alike.

The response was so positive that we have extended the program to now include 26 different 1 hour seminars and 11 diverse 3 hour workshops, thereby adding an additional 5 seminars & 3 workshops.

We are proud to announce that we have secured some international speakers to attend the expo and Devon Hastings (USA) and Costa Lambrias (UK) who are both presenting workshops and seminars are an exciting addition to our program.

Some of our home grown but internationally recognized presenters who will definitely draw attention to the Expo include; Dr Gordon Emmerson, Dr Janet Hall, Dr Ian Gawler, Rick Collingwood, Joane Goulding and Leon Cowen.

There is a terrific mix of topics available for both the general public and health professionals that will give the Expo a wide appeal and allow for a good flow of traffic throughout the 3 days. We are working on a mid June launch for our online booking system to be up and running so you can start booking onto the workshops and seminars, make sure you book onto the seminars & workshops that interest you the most to avoid disappointment as seats are limited. We will be actively selling these seats and aim to be booked out on the workshops prior to the expo starting.

We also proudly welcome our affiliates to the Expo; The Salvation Army, Depression Net, Odyssey House, The Gawler Foundation and The Australian Childhood Foundation have joined us in helping to promote the Expo. These non-for profit organisations will receive a nominated 5% of all proceeds collected from ticket sales in recognition for the amazing and heart felt work that they do.

It’s wonderful to see that we are charging along in the right direction towards bringing about increased awareness of our profession as well as providing a forum for Hypnotherapists to get involved in expanding our community.

The Sale of the Exhibition space is also moving ahead strongly, there has been considerable interest out there in both the Hypnotherapy and Counselling professions and as we are working on a 20 week closing date for this we urge anyone who may be interested in exhibiting to get in early before we sell out.

As we move towards this inaugural event, the energy is buzzing at Hypnosis Central, as it is a very exciting time for our company and we look forward to keeping you updated and appreciate the support and encouragement that we have received from the CCH executive and its members.

Information regarding the Expo is constantly being updated online at www.hypnosiscentral.com.au
