REVIEW OF THE HEALTH ACT 1958 (Victoria)

The Public Health Branch, Department of Human Services is conducting a review of the Health Act 1958 to ensure that Victoria has a modern legislative framework to support current and future directions for public health.

2004 DISCUSSION PAPER
In August 2004, the Department of Human Services released a discussion paper and conducted a number of briefings in Metropolitan and Regional locations. Submissions were due by Friday 5 November 2004.
